How long it takes, honestly
The honest answer is: it depends on the size of your practice and the data you're bringing across. A single-site practice with clean data and a willing team can be live in weeks; a multi-site group with years of historical records and bespoke workflows takes longer, and rightly so.
What we won't do is quote you a stock timeline before we've understood your practice. We'd rather give you a real plan after a proper discovery session than a comforting number that turns out to be wrong. The first milestone is always discovery, and only then do we put numbers on the rest.

How long does a DOITEVO project typically take?
It depends on the size of your practice and the data you're bringing across, a smaller single-site practice can be live in a matter of weeks; a multi-site group with complex historical data takes longer. We give you a clear timeline at discovery so there are no surprises, and we'd rather take an extra fortnight on migration than rush a botched cut-over.
What happens to our patient data when we migrate?
Your data is yours, and it comes across cleanly. We extract from your current PMS, transform it into the DOITEVO schema, run a verification pass against the source and only cut over when the data matches. Historical treatment records, billing history and clinical notes are preserved; nothing gets lost in the move.
How much does DOITEVO cost?

What does training look like, and is it included?
Hands-on training for the whole team is part of the project, not a separate line item. Clinical, admin and front-of-house are walked through their day-to-day flows; managers get a deeper session on reporting and configuration. We're on hand through go-live too, the goal is that the team is confident from day one, not three weeks in.
What if we want to leave DOITEVO later?
Your data is yours. If you ever decide to move to a different system, we'll export your patient records, treatment history and billing data in a clean, usable format, the same way we'd want a previous vendor to treat us on the way in. We'd rather lose a customer well than make leaving painful.
Is DOITEVO suitable for general dental practices, or only orthodontics?
DOITEVO is built specifically for orthodontic practices, the workflows, terminology and reporting assume ortho. A general dental practice would be better served by a generalist dental PMS. If you're a mixed practice and not sure where you sit, we'll tell you honestly at discovery.
