Call Centre IT
Telephony done properly, for the way contact centres actually run
VoIP, unified comms and CRM integrations tuned around the call quality, uptime and customer-data security a contact centre is judged on. Twenty years of regulated-sector IT discipline, applied to the floor where downtime stops the business in real time.

The pressures your contact centre is actually under
Contact-centre IT is a different problem shape from a quiet office. The platforms are specialist, the data is regulated, the floor is dense, and the cost of getting it wrong shows up in real time, in idle agents and missed calls, not abstract dashboards.
Every minute offline is a minute the floor isn't talking to customers
When the phones drop or the CRM won't load, the floor goes idle and queues build. Most IT firms call that Priority 2, your SLA doesn't.
High-density floors expose IT that was set up for a quiet office
Hundreds of headsets, softphones and CRM logins on the same network at once is not a twenty-person-office problem. Density is the test generalist IT quietly fails.
Customer data on a contact-centre floor carries real weight
Call recordings, customer records and card-payment data run through the same agent screens, bringing GDPR, PCI DSS and call-recording obligations the business has to evidence.
Telephony, UC and CRM all have to talk to each other cleanly
When click-to-dial breaks or the disposition won't write back, the agent works around it and data goes missing. Generalist IT points at the vendor.
Reliable IT, behind the headset
The four things an ops director or head of contact centre should be able to take for granted, and the four things we own, end to end, so the floor doesn't have to think about them.
Telephony done properly, kept that way
Network, identity and endpoints configured around voice traffic from the start, so the things that predict call quality are monitored, and the floor keeps moving.
An IT layer built for high-density floors
Identity, access, devices and network configured around density and shift patterns, so adding seats, rotating agents and onboarding new starters doesn't bottleneck the floor.
Customer data protected the way the regulators expect
Access control, encryption, monitoring and backups configured around call recordings, customer records and your card-payment scope, the way GDPR, PCI DSS and the FCA expect.
A real person, not a portal
Phone, email or WhatsApp, whichever your floor team uses. A real person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue or a portal.

We manage the IT around your telephony and CRM
Most contact centres run on three stacks at once, a VoIP or cloud-telephony platform, a unified-comms layer, and a CRM the agents actually live inside.
We'll be straight about this: we are not selling ourselves as a Genesys implementation partner or a Salesforce consultancy. What we are is the firm that makes sure your network, identity, access, devices and security are configured properly, so the platforms you've chosen actually perform reliably for your agents, on every shift.
A platform we haven't named? The same discipline applies, we manage the IT environment around it.
Microsoft Teams Phone
VoIP / cloud telephony on the M365 identity layer
3CX
On-prem and cloud VoIP / UC platform
RingCentral
Cloud telephony and unified comms
8x8
Cloud contact-centre and UC suite
Zoom Phone
Cloud telephony alongside Zoom UC
Salesforce / Dynamics / HubSpot
CRM platforms agents live inside
Microsoft 365
Identity, email, files and the UC backbone
Genesys / NICE / Five9
Enterprise CCaaS, we manage the IT environment around them
Compliance frameworks we work with
A note on language first. We are not a QSA, and we do not audit your floor for PCI DSS or sign off your call-recording regime under the FCA. The frameworks below are the ones that shape how we configure the IT environment around your contact centre, customer data under GDPR, card-payment scope under PCI DSS, and the call-recording obligations that sit on top of both.
The principle is the same one we apply in regulated sectors. We don't tick boxes, we build the controls in so the controls work, and the evidence is already there when an acquirer, a client or a regulator asks for it. Compliance becomes a quiet by-product of doing the IT properly, not a quarterly fire-drill.
GDPR (customer data)
Lawful basis, retention, breach handling and access control for customer records and call recordings
PCI DSS (card payments)
Configuring the IT environment around card-payment scope, segmentation, access, logging and the controls an acquirer expects to see
Call-recording obligations
Storage, retention, access and disclosure of call recordings configured in line with FCA / Ofcom expectations and your contractual scope
What working with us looks like
A long-term relationship with a small, experienced team that gets to know your business and stays with it. That's what we sell. Not a portal, not SLA tiers.
1. Discovery
We sit down with the ops director or head of contact centre and walk through how the floor actually runs, telephony, CRM, headsets, endpoints.
2. Onboarding
A structured handover from your current IT firm, without a shift missing a beat. The agents on the floor shouldn't notice the change-over.
3. Day-to-day
Proactive monitoring behind the network, telephony, endpoints and identity. When something breaks, you reach a real person who knows your floor.
4. Reviews
Regular reviews of what's happened and what's coming, endpoint refreshes, headset estate, PCI scope, growth plans. Recommendations sharpen over time.
Curious if we'd be a fit?
A short conversation. We'll be honest about whether we're the right firm for you.
Rated 5.0 on Google by the businesses we already support
Real reviews from real businesses. Our deepest existing track record is in regulated sectors, clinical and orthodontic IT, and the discipline that earned those reviews is the discipline we'd bring to a contact-centre relationship.

The questions ops directors actually ask
The questions worth asking are often the ones the page doesn't anticipate. Pick up the phone, straight to an engineer who's worked floors like yours.
Do you support our telephony platform?
We manage the IT environment around whichever telephony or unified-comms platform you run. Microsoft Teams Phone, 3CX, RingCentral, 8x8, Zoom Phone or an enterprise CCaaS like Genesys, NICE or Five9, and we can advise if you're choosing one. We won't pretend to be a Genesys implementation partner; what we own is the network, identity, endpoints and security those platforms run inside, so the platform you've chosen actually performs reliably for your agents.
Can you keep call quality and uptime where they need to be?
Call quality and uptime aren't accidents, they're the outcome of how the network, the identity layer and the endpoint estate underneath the telephony platform have been configured. We sit behind your VoIP or UC stack, monitor the things that actually predict voice quality and availability, and keep the boring side of the stack doing its job. We won't put a hard SLA number on this page; we'd rather show you what response and uptime look like in a real conversation than dress them up in a chart.
How do you protect call recordings, customer records and card data?
Access control, encryption, monitoring and backups configured around the GDPR, PCI DSS and call-recording obligations on your floor. Recordings stored, retained and accessed in line with your contractual and regulatory scope; card-payment data segmented and controlled so the PCI scope stays manageable; agent endpoints locked down and logged. We won't claim a QSA badge, but the IT environment we configure is the environment your acquirer and your auditor expect to see.
Can you support a high-density floor with hundreds of agents?
Yes, that's the shape of the problem we'd expect to solve. Identity, access, device management, headset estate and the network underneath them all configured around density and shift patterns, so adding seats, rotating agents and onboarding new starters doesn't slow the floor down. The same multi-user, multi-endpoint discipline we apply to a busy clinic or a busy office translates directly, it's the same problem shape at larger scale.
How fast do you respond when the phones are down?
We don't publish a hard SLA on this page because the honest answer depends on the issue and what's on fire, but the practical answer is: fast, by a real engineer, on whichever channel suits you. If the telephony platform has gone dark or the CRM won't load for the floor, we'll be on it. We'd rather show you in a conversation what response actually looks like than dress it up in a chart.
What does onboarding actually look like?
Structured, quiet, and finished without a shift noticing. We audit your current setup, document what's there and what's missing, take secure handover of admin access from your existing provider, configure monitoring and backups properly, and brief your team leaders on how to reach us. Most onboardings run in the background over a few weeks; from an agent's point of view on the floor, nothing changes at all.
Can we leave if it isn't working out?
Yes, and we make handovers clean, whether that's to the next IT firm or back to you. You're not locked in. We'd rather lose a client gracefully than keep one who isn't happy; that's how relationships in regulated sectors actually work, and it's the standard we'd bring to a contact-centre relationship too.
Do you actually have call-centre clients?
We'll be straight with you. Our deepest existing track record is in regulated sectors, twenty years of clinical and orthodontic IT, 50+ practices supported, rated 5.0 on Google. Contact centres are where we're applying that same discipline to a different shape of business. The IT problems we'd solve for a contact centre, uptime under pressure, high-density endpoints, regulated customer data, three platforms that have to talk to each other, are problems we already solve every day. If you'd rather work with a firm that can talk about ten years of contact-centre case studies, that's a fair call. If you'd rather work with a firm that can talk honestly about what it knows and what it doesn't, that's us.
